House Rules

Guests are required to adhere to the hotel's house rules, including maintaining respect for other guests and neighbors, ensuring the privacy of other people, and observing zero tolerance for various types of incidents that violate the rules of staying at the hotel. In extreme cases, a call to the police may also follow, and future stays at the hotel will be impossible. Any damage to the room or hotel equipment will be charged to the guest.

General House Rules

To ensure a peaceful environment, parties are not permitted on the premises. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 8:00.

Quiet Hours

In the event of a stay extension, the hotel reserves the right to relocate guests to another room, provided it has been pre-booked.

Room Changes

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel. Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas. Failure to comply will result in a €100 fee to cover the costs of resetting the fire protection system and in addition the cost of room cleaning, depending on the damage.

Smoking Policy

We utilize state-of-the-art keyless technology from Salto to provide guests with a seamless check-in experience. Prior to arrival, a digital key will be generated and provided to guests. Additionally, guests will receive a key fob upon check-in, which must be returned at the time of check-out. A charge of €10 will apply for any lost key fobs.
